Whether it’s vertical integration of our production machines, a fully automized lab dosing unit, or engineering with digital twins – we not only understand the buzzwords, but also know how to use them.

For example, the modular “Lean Lab” concept ensures optimized, digitalized and transparent processes and efficient use of resources in the laboratory area throughout Europe. All job orders and the associated experiments within the lab are digitally stored and documented. Moreover, our lab dosing machine can manufacture standard formulas from over 300 liquid raw materials – making it the only one of its kind in the coatings industry. All processes are intelligently designed to foster customer-specific product developments, manufacture paint samples and perform application tests.
